Warrnambool is the largest city on the Great Ocean Road and is endowed with some of this country's most scenic beaches and during winter is home to the southern right whale who migrate to Logan's Beach to breed. Between the months of June & October small pods of whales can be seen with their new born calves at quite close distances.
