Princetown
Princetown Accommodation : a selection of unique accommodation venues at Princetown.
Princetown, if you are driving west, is the last port of call before you arrive at the 12 apostles. It takes its name from Queen Victoria's husband and is the place where Joseph Gellibrand died - one of our early explorers. Gellibrand is a small town in between Colac & Lavers Hill in the Otway Ranges. The river mouth here is absolutely beautiful and camping is available. Keep your eye open for kangaroos, wallabies and the odd echidna. Swimming is great here & if you are keen on fishing then this is one of those spots. Various accommodation is available in this small hamlet and there are some shops which provide all the goodies you will need. |
